Can I request credit for a visit that occurred before I became a Member?
Yes! Visit click the Portofino Rewards Icon at the top of the page, then log in and click missing visits. You will only be able to collect for missing visits with the code at the bottom of your receipt. If no code can be found you will not be able to redeem rewards.
how do i earn rewards?
Every time you visit let your server know you're a Portofino Rewards member and give him/her your phone number. You will immediately receive credit for your visit.
Do rewards expire?
New Member Bonus: Expire 20 days after your sign up date.
Birthday Reward: Expire the last day of your birthday month and are only valid during the month of your birthday.
Spouse's Birthday: Expire the last day of your birthday month and are only valid during the month of your birthday.
$10 for Every 100 points: Expire 365 days (1 year) from the date earned.

Yes. Tell your server you’re a Portofino Rewards member and provide the phone number you used during registration so they can look you up.
Can i cancel my Portofino rewards membership?
Yes. Participation in the program is optional. Therefore, if you choose to cancel out of the program, you certainly can (although we hope you never do). Keep in mind that any rewards earned and not redeemed up to your cancellation will be forfeited.
